New salon for fabulosity in Brackenhurst

OFFICIAL OPENING: Ruan Nel and Yvette le Roux ( founder) cut the official  ribbon of the Frenchy's Nail&Bar on March 29 in Brackenhurst


THE best place to have nails done is now open in Brackenhust, Alberton. Frenchy’s Nail Bar recently opened its doors for splendor lovers on March 29. It was a well-attended opening.


Frenchy’s Nail Bar is a salon born from a desire by its founder and owner, Yvette le Roux (46) to bring back a time where people mattered, and time was valued. She is the solitary founder of the new nail salon situated in the Brackenhurst suburb. This newly opened nail bar encompasses of all ages who are up to looking exquisite.

Yvette told the RECORD that the nail bar is especially focused on busy moms, singles moms, working moms, in fact, all of the female populations far and wide, teens, grannies, aunts and students.Frenchy's will transport all ladies back in time where quality and laughter were key, with a touch of keeping up with what’s lit and on point.“Our clients will be treated with the best service ever” said Yvette.

Frenchy’s customers will be sipping on a milkshake, having a chinwag, or a glass of wine, have a laugh and just breathe while they get cossetted. Yvette told the RECORD they will ensure that every client of theirs will no doubt leave their premises with a smile, a wave and gratitude. “We at Frenchy’s know a girl should always be two things, classy and fabulous,” added Yvette.

Yvette has a vast experience in the corporate world, spanning over two decades. She told the RECORD that she always wanted to open a salon and seeing ladies look classy and fabulous makes her happy. She furthermore told the RECORD that at the age of 46 is when time becomes valuable and living with purpose. "I will strive to make this salon a success through hard working and using the skills of client interaction, and marketing I acquired in corporate, I will ensure that our clients receive the best service in town," said Yvette.

There are currently four employees working at Frenchy's Nail and bar. The opening had a worth-to-watch performance by a young star, Raun Nel (12) who has performed at international stages like Allsang Lysekil and Kanal Festival Grundsund in Sweden. Ruan can also be seen in Emo Adams' Maak-My-Famous show airing on KykNet 18 April 2019.The founder told the RCEORD that in the coming years she hopes to grow and expand the business into many branches. “I will work to make the salon grow, I am a risk taker and in five years’ time I want to see a few Frenchy’s franchises across the country,” added Yvette.
